Kimberly Sue Yap Custodio-Chiu was born in Tacloban City, Philippines on April 19,1990. Kimberly is a Filipino-Chinese actress, singer, and model. Kim released her debut album titled 'GWA AI DI'. Kim successfully finished Sana Maulit Muli & Pinoy-version MyGirl with her leading man Gerald Anderson . Kim also was in Maligno as Eliza. Your song : My Only Hope aired on Oct. 5,2008 , now the Kim Chiu fans are more than excited of the released of Tayong Dalawa , where she plays as Julia. Gerald Anderson will also be in this show.
Kim Chiu, together with on-screen partner, Gerald Anderson, appeared in several shows of ABS-CBN, bagged commercial endorsements, and was formally introduced in the silver screen via their first movie, First Day High. They marked their first anniversary in show business by their first starring movie I've Fallen For You which premiered September 26, 2007 under Star Cinema.
They are currently regular performers on ASAP '08. Chiu is the leading lady in the prime time show My Girl, the Filipino remake of the Korean series with the same title.
You can see Kim Chiu singing/dancing on ASAP'08 Every Sunday noon. Everyone is excited to watch Tayong Dalawa, & there is no surprise that her leading man is Gerald Anderson. Jake Cuenca is also in the awaited teleserye.
