Gerald Randolf Opsima Anderson Jr. was born on March 7, 1989 in Subic Bay, Zambales, Philippines
Gerald Jr. was born to Gerald Randy Anderson, Sr. an American and Evangeline Opsima, a Filipina. Gerald also has a younger brother, Kenneth, and two older sisters from his mother's first marriage, Jen and Darlin. When he was three years old, he and his family moved to San Antonio, Texas . Finally, at 14 years of age, his family moved back to General Santos City, Philippines. His dad is an American instructor in the Philippine Navy who travels back and forth to U.S. and Zambales. His mom is a Filipina from General Santos City, where Gerald resided at the age of 14. Anderson Jr. finished his Elementary Studies at Spring Creek Academy in San Antonio, Texas. He also finished his High School degree in General Santos City, Philippines.
Gerald is a Filipino actor who was then a former housemate on the reality television first season of Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition, and rose to fame through the Filipino teleserye Sana Maulit Muli and My Girl. He [Kim Chiu, & the rest of the MyGirl barkada] went to Boracay to shoot a couple of scenes from Your Song Presents : My Only Hope. Gerald plays Keeno an emo-boy . Watch MOH on Sundays after ASAP '08 or Saturdays after the noontime show Wowowee. Gerald is back with Kim on a teleserye called Tayong Dalawa.

Really?When Gerald learned that he was voted into the top spot on this list,his vocabulary shrank to this one word. He repeated it to himself--- and to whoever cared to listen to him that day--- and nauseam. The look on his face was equally priceless: it was a cross between OMG and WTF.
When he regained the ability to string words together to form a coherent sentence, he said, " I'm so overwhelmed. Me,the hottest male celebrity under the age of twenty-three? I can't believe it. And to think that I beat out people like Coverboys? Oh man, That's crazy!"
Hard as it may to be believe,Gerald doesn't think he's all that. "I was just your average teenager who hung out with friends and played basketball in his spare time before Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition came along. Hindi ko kayang sabihin sa sarili ko na I'm hot,but if other people see me that way, then I guess I am."
Gerald is flattered by all the attention,but he doesn't want to be remembered solely for his body. He also wants people to see past his good looks to the person within . "I don't want to be known as just another pretty face."
